Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship to New Zealand. We do not collect Duty & Taxes, this is the responsibility of the purchaser.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping time will very based on your location and does not include order processing time.

AUS - we use Australia Post for smaller items and TNT (BigPost) for larger items which can take 1 to 10 days to arrive.

NZ - we use Australia Post for smaller items and DHL Express for the Nordic Mini & Sled Mini which is an express delivery service which can take 1 to 4 days to arrive.

Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been sent.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your orders weight and delivery location.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and can take up to three business days to process before being shipped; the Nordic Mini Bench can take up to 5 business days.

As standard orders are processed on the basis of  Authority To Leave (ATL) in a safe place. The freight company will do its best to leave it in the best possible location.

We use a combination of freight companies;

Small Cartons: Australia Post
Large Cartons: Hunter Express & TNT

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, but please contact us at support@tatequipment.com.au within 12 hours of placing your order, please reference your order number.

If your order has already been processed and despatched, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Can I change my order?

Yes you can, however this will depend on what time your order is placed. Please contact us at support@tatequipment.com.au and reference your order number.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@tatequipment.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tatequipment.com.au.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Pre-order risk free

If you change your mind after you buy any pre-order items (before it is delivered), we'll cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
